Chris Bedel, CISM

Chris is an information security professional and entrepreneur, who oddly enjoys things like risk assessments , business continuity planning, and social engineering awareness. He was the Information Security Officer for 8 years at a community bank, where he was integral in achieving 82% growth in assets while more than doubling net income during that time.

Looking for new challenges, Chris started his own business in March 2015, where he helps banks be strategic about information security by offering executive level consulting and services.

As a Certified Information Security Manager (CISM), Chris brings a unique management-focused approach to information security, and is one of the only 28,000 holding that certification worldwide.

When not working on his business, Chris stays busy changing diapers and chasing after 4 kids + 2 dogs with his wife on their 50-acre farm in Indiana. He also enjoys brewing beer, hunting, and running Spartan races when time rarely permits.
