I had a contact of mine turn me on to HealthIT.gov. There is some good content there.
One page that caught my eye offered a couple training games; one on privacy/security, the other on business continuity planning.
They each take about 10-15 minutes and I would recommend them both to brush up on the topics as an office manager or for your staff.
