Courtney's career is distinguished by a strong background in quality assurance and client services, having served as a Team Lead of Quality Assurance and Director of Client Services at a prominent mortgage company.

With a keen eye for detail and a commitment to excellence, Courtney has played a pivotal role in enhancing service delivery and client satisfaction. Her leadership and strategic vision have significantly contributed to the operational success and client retention at her previous organization.

Outside of her professional life, Courtney is a devoted wife and mother of three. She enjoys traveling to warm destinations and cherishes her time spent supporting her children at their various sports events. This balance of professional dedication and family engagement reflects her dynamic approach to both work and life.

Courtney’s blend of industry expertise, leadership experience, and personal passion makes her a valuable asset in the financial services field.

Abbey Sweetman began her career in risk and compliance consulting, with a background in Anti-Money Laundering (AML) work. Abbey has developed a keen expertise in navigating complex regulatory landscapes and ensuring organizational adherence to critical compliance standards.

Holding a bachelor’s degree in economics from the University of Minnesota, Abbey’s academic foundation complements her practical experience. Her passion for risk management drives her to continually enhance her skills and stay at the forefront of industry developments.

Abbey is based in Lakewood, Colorado. Outside of her professional life, Abbey enjoys the natural beauty of the Rocky Mountains through outdoor activities such as hiking, camping, and snowboarding.

When asked about the two newest hires, our COO, Trisha Durkin, had this to say:

We are very excited to welcome them to our team. They bring unique strengths and fresh perspectives that we believe will greatly benefit our clients. We are confident that they will make valuable contributions and grow with us. We look forward to seeing the positive impact they will have on our team and the company.

Please help us give both of these ladies a warm welcome to the team by shooting them a message on Linkedin or sending them an email.
