Why was it so Quiet in the Fourth Quarter?

It’s good to be back on the blog.  My last post was on September 28, 2016, which means I didn’t post one thing in Q4 of 2016.  Some of you may have thought we went out of business, but it was the exact opposite.  Instead, it was because we had our best quarter since starting in March of 2015.

Some notable items from October, November, and December:

  • Added 6 new banking clients
  • Published our first whitepaper
  • Collaborated with another partner firm on a couple awesome bank cybersecurity projects
  • Continued to confirm that the concept of the outsourced ISO and virtual CISO (along with advisory services) is needed in community banks of all sizes

And I’m really excited about what we have planned for 2017:

  • Continue helping community bank management with cybersecurity by improving our services to fill and supplement the (C)ISO function
  • Further the development of in-house (C)ISO’s through one-on-one coaching and mentorship programs AND the launch of our group mastermind program
  • Pursuit of complementary partnerships in commitment to excellence of our service offering
  • Growth of our client base and our team

So I’m glad to get back to the point where I can continue to share valuable information with you.  Please don’t hesitate to reach out to me with any questions at chris@chrisbedel.com.

Here’s to a prosperous and successful 2017 to you all.
Chris
